Located on the 2nd step in the hydropower ladder system on the upper Da river, Son La is the largest hydropower plant in Vietnam, with an installed capacity of 2,400MW and an average annual electricity output of 10.2 billion KWh.

In 2020, Viet An has installed automatic waste water monitoring system for Son La hydropower plant – one of the major monitoring projects for hydropower industry of Viet An this year.

Project details: Installation of automatic monitoring equipment for oil and water treatment station – Son La hydropower plant

• Number of stations: 01

• Monitoring indicators: COD, TSS, pH, temperature, mineral oil, inlet/outlet waste water flow

• Data transmission to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Son La province is in accordance with Circular 24/2017/TT-BTNMT

• Camera system and receiver: record images by interval, set recording schedule.
