Automatic waste water monitoring project – Lai Chau hydropower plant

Besides Son La hydropower plant, Lai Chau is one of the major hydropower plants that Viet An has installed a waste water monitoring system this year. Two projects were carried out simultaneously and only took 15 days to complete the installation.

The projects have left many memories with Viet An engineers in Hanoi office. The first time, it took 9-10 hours and had to cross many dangerous mountains to reach the work site. Despite the difficulties, but customer’s satisfaction helps Viet An constantly improve the quality of products and services, because “We always work for customer’s success, firstly”.

Installation of waste water monitoring system for the largest hydropower plant in Vietnam

Located on the 2nd step in the hydropower ladder system on the upper Da river, Son La is the largest hydropower plant in Vietnam, with an installed capacity of 2,400MW and an average annual electricity output of 10.2 billion KWh.

In 2020, Viet An has installed automatic waste water monitoring system for Son La hydropower plant – one of the major monitoring projects for hydropower industry of Viet An this year.

Automatic emission monitoring project – Saigon Petro Company

This is a project that Viet An has defeated many rivals in the field of emissions monitoring, because it solves the problem: Installing equipment in the fire area.

The One-Member Limited-Liability Oil & Gas Company of HoChiMinh City (Saigon Petro Co.,Ltd) was established in 1986, is a wholly state-owned enterprise. Saigon Petro is one of the focal points of import, export and trading of petroleum and gas throughout the country.

Automatic emission monitoring project – FSC Vietnam factory

FSC Vietnam is the second MDF board factory of Kim Tin Group, bringing the yield of this group to 500,000 m3/year, accounting for 25% of Vietnam’s market share. It is expected that in 2020, Kim Tin Group will complete a chain of 4 factories and increase the total MDF output yield to 1,200,000 m3/year, accounting for 45% of MDF market share in Vietnam.

In 2020, Viet An Environment Technology Joint Stock Company has deployed and successfully installed the automatic emission monitoring system for FSC Vietnam factory. This project has the fastest deployment time, only 3 months including installation and connection.

Automatic emission monitoring project – Formosa Taffeta Long An factory

Viet An is constructing, installing and gradually completing the final steps of the automatic emission monitoring project for Formosa Taffeta Long An factory. The monitoring system is full of indicators and use equipment from #Codel (UK). Synchronization of equipment for high-precision measurement results, durable operation, less maintenance and replacement of consumable materials.

After being put into operation, the system will help continuously control the quality of emissions brought out, join hands with state agencies and businesses to protect environment.

On 11/02/2020, Viet An Environment Technology Joint Stock Company signed an economic contract to install 03 automatic emission monitoring stations with De Licacy Vietnam Co., Ltd in Bau Bang industrial park, Binh Duong province.

De Licacy Vietnam company has total investment capital more than 100 million USD, operating in the field of textiles and fabrics, with its headquarters located in Taiwan. This is one of the enterprises with large investment scale in the market of Binh Duong province.

Việt An lắp đặt TQT khí thải ống khói cho công ty Polytex

Nhà máy sản xuất dệt nhuộm Polytek là 1 trong những đại dự án dệt nhuộm lớn nhất Bình Dương do tập đoàn Far Eastern đầu tư 274 triệu USD trên diện tích gần 100 ha tại Khu Công Nghiệp Bàu Bàng, tỉnh Bình Dương.

Nhà máy chuyên sản xuất sản phẩm xơ tổng hợp polyester (các loại sợi bán thành phẩm POY, các loại sợi xơ dài DTY, vải dệt kim, nhuộm và hoàn thiện sản phẩm, sản phẩm nhuộm sợi), Sản phẩm kéo sợi cotton (sợi cotton tự nhiên, sợi cotton pha, dệt kim, nhuộm và hoàn thiện vải cotton tự nhiên, vải cotton pha). Trạm quan trắc khí thải tự động ngành dệt là hệ thống bao gồm phần cứng và phần mềm để đo đạc tự động liên tục các thành phần ô nhiễm trong khí thải, lưu trữ dữ liệu tại chỗ, trên phần mềm, đồng thời được truyền về Sở TN&MT theo quy định.

Hệ thống được thiết kế, lắp đặt và vận hành phải đảm bảo các thông số cần quan trắc, vị trí lấy mẫu, thiết bị quan trắc khí thải tự động và hệ thống phụ kiện, cũng như đảm bảo chất lượng và kiểm soát chất lượng (QA/QC).

Hệ thống quan trắc khí thải tự động phải hoạt động ổn định, được kiểm định, hiệu chuẩn theo quy định và phải bảo đảm yêu cầu kỹ thuật kết nối để truyền dữ liệu trực tiếp cho Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường.

Đối với các thiết bị quan trắc khí thải tự động, các thông số kỹ thuật được quy định đối với các thông số bắt buộc và các thông số lựa chọn. Bao gồm: dải đo thấp nhất, dải đo cao nhất, độ lặp lại, độ tuyến tính, độ trôi điểm 0, độ trôi hiệu chuẩn khoảng đo, thời gian đáp ứng, nhiệt độ khí thải tối đa, nhiệt độ vận hành, các giá trị được quy đổi về điều kiện tiêu chuẩn được quy định trong các văn bản hiện hành (25oC, 1 atm)…

Hệ thống TQT khí thải tại nhà máy Polytek do Việt An lắp đặt vận hành theo quy trình hoàn toàn tự động, trạm sẽ ghi nhận các thông số về chất lượng khí thải (Bụi, Lưu lượng, O2, SO2, NOx, Nhiệt độ) và truyền về Trung tâm dữ liệu giúp kiểm soát được chất lượng nguồn thải.

Tăng tốc tại dự án TQT nhiệt điện Vĩnh Tân 1

Bên cạnh các trạm quan trắc đã hoàn thành tại nhà máy nhiệt điện Vĩnh Tân 2 và 4, Việt An cũng đang tiến hành lắp đặt hệ thống quan trắc online tự động liên tục nước làm mát tổ máy 1 và 2 tại nhiệt điện Vĩnh Tân 1. Đồng thời việc truyền số liệu quan trắc nước thải và khí thải tự động, hình ảnh camera giám sát nguồn nước xả thải và giám sát việc đổ xỉ than cũng được Việt An thực hiện và truyền trực tiếp về Sở TN & MT địa phương.

Hiện tại NMNĐ Vĩnh Tân 1 đã chuyển sang giai đoạn chạy thử và dự kiến phát điện thương mại vào cuối năm 2018, hệ thống quan trắc tự động là 1 trong các hạng mục được nhà máy đầu tư để đảm bảo công tác bảo vệ môi trường. NĐ Vĩnh Tân là một trong những cụm dự án siêu trọng điểm quốc gia, đây được xác định là trung tâm điện lực lớn nhất của Việt Nam với quy mô lên tới 5.000 MW sẽ đáp ứng điện năng trực tiếp cho khu vực Nam Trung Bộ và các tỉnh thành phía Nam.

Dự án nhà máy BOT Nhiệt điện Vĩnh Tân 1, có công suất 1.240 MW, tổng mức đầu tư 1.755 tỷ USD được khởi công xây dựng từ tháng 7/2015. Đây là dự án nhiệt điện đầu tiên sử dụng công nghệ lò hơi siêu tới hạn đốt than phun sử dụng than antraxit Việt Nam.

Dự án do Công ty TNHH Lưới điện Phương Nam Trung Quốc, Công ty TNHH Điện lực quốc tế Trung Quốc và Tổng Công ty Điện lực (Vinacomin) góp vốn đầu tư, với tỷ lệ đóng góp cổ phần tương ứng là: 55%, 45% và 5%.

Việt An vừa hoàn thành dự án lắp đặt TQT khí thải tại Nhà máy xi măng Kim Đỉnh, nhà máy có công suất 2.4 triệu tấn/năm với công nghệ lò quay nạp liệu khô và đã được xây dựng từ năm 1992 nên các hoạt động quan trắc khí thải của nhà máy xi măng khá khó khăn và phức tạp, Việt An đã cung cấp một giải pháp đồng bộ từ khâu lấy mẫu dữ liệu liên tục tự động đến khâu báo cáo cho người dùng và các Sở Tài Nguyên Môi Trường.

Hiện tại hệ thống đã được vận hành đi vào sử dụng, hệ thống sau khi lắp đảm bảo được các thông số cần quan trắc, vị trí lấy mẫu, thiết bị quan trắc khí thải tự động và hệ thống phụ kiện, cũng như đảm bảo chất lượng và kiểm soát chất lượng (QA/QC) theo quy định tại thông tư Thông tư 31/2016/TT- BTNMT.

Trạm quan trắc khí thải tự động ngành xi măng là hệ thống bao gồm phần cứng và phần mềm để đo đạc tự động liên tục các thành phần ô nhiễm trong khí thải, lưu trữ dữ liệu tại chỗ, trên phần mềm, đồng thời được truyền về Sở TN&MT theo quy định.
